The queue management features a Central Reporting Software (CRS) or Management Information System (MIS) that allows real-time monitoring of customer flow. It can operate on a central server while connecting to multiple branches or centers, providing access to live data from all centers simultaneously. The critical data available in the form of reports can be used to analyze multiple facets of your organization, including performance across branches, across various periods, productivity, discrepancies, and more.
The CRS comprises three modules – Q-Sys Central Configuration Software, Q-Sys Parser, and Q-Sys Central Real-Time Monitoring Software. The central configuration software enables you to register all the branches of your organization. The data from individual branches is retrieved by the Q-Sys Parser, which is connected to the controller. It then stores the data in the central database. The real-time monitoring software provides instant data from across registered branches, and facilitates the real-time display of central and branch reports.
The availability of crucial information such as customer flow, service time, and branch performance help management in analyzing and making vital organization-wide decisions.
