With the Virtual Queuing app, customers can select the service required through their phone or any electronic device. They can also walk up to the self-help kiosk and identify their requirements.
After receiving a ticket that displays a number, customers can perceive their waiting time. The customer then has the convenience of movement while maintaining their position in the queue.
Simultaneously, while the customer is waiting, the CDU (Counter Display Unit) and LCD-SDU notifies the customer about his progress in the queue and the front-office staff can forecast customer requirements.
The front office then carries out transactions with the customer promptly and efficiently, leading to lesser transaction time and higher number of transactions ensuring faster processing and lesser waiting time.
